NEW aND IMPROVED
You might have heard of us. For years, Able! has been the fitness platform behind the scenes at Supported Independent Living homes around Australia, helping residents get their 150 minutes a week through workouts, recipes and wellness tools built specifically for people with disability.
Now we’re doing something we should have done a long time ago.
We’re opening the doors to everyone. Same platform that’s been tested and loved in the real world. But Able! 2.0 isn’t just a new coat of paint… we’ve been busy. A library of new content is on its way, as well as LIVE workouts, more features, more classes and more ways to move every single week.
This is Able! as it was always meant to be. And this time, it’s yours directly.
The new Able! is almost ready. You should be too

“Able is a great source of information for things you can do with your clients. Even if it’s the last five minutes before you walk out the door. I just love it. I personally do the exercises in the morning. I’ve been looking for a resource like Able for years.”
“Exercising with Mick (tenant) encouraged Tash (Mick’s housemate) to join in, doing it together meant that we were all working together – it’s been great!”
“There has been a clear difference in the residents being settled in the evenings after exercise, and better sleeping. Didn’t have to fill out any ‘ABC’s this week (A Behavioural Chart) for any of the participants.”
“Cooking has become a regular Saturday afternoon thing for Dylan. Though it’s not necessarily an Able recipe each week, Able has helped create a healthy routine.”

TESTED IN THE REAL WORLD. BUILT FOR YOURS.
Able! started with a simple idea and with love. Sick of watching his nephew’s health deteriorate and with little options to improve it available, Scott built Able! Digital Wellness.
This is at the heart of our why, that health and fitness is for every body.
Able! isn’t new to this. Our platform has already been running inside SIL homes and disability housing across Australia. Now we’re available for yours.
