We’ve created an online community that focuses on improving the lives of those with a disability. Exercise and personal wellbeing is at the heart of how we do that, but bringing people together (even if we’re apart sometimes) is what makes that heart beat.
Our collective knowledge and complimentary skills have brought us together to bring the world our vision for accessible exercise and wellness for people with disability.
We proudly partner with Australia’s best minds to help us deliver better health and wellness for people with disability …

The Able Digital Wellness Team
Through inspiration from my disabled nephew, my goal, and the goal of our group, is to continue to help, assist and inspire as many people as possible.
I grew up in regional QLD and still believe that the generosity and work ethic of my parents is what helped shape the business leader I’ve become.
My passion for exciting industries saw me travel around Australia with the countries largest media network, then internationally to the US and UK working alongside World Champion Athletes.
All these experiences and opportunities sparked my entrepreneurial and philanthropic flair which gave me a desire to give back through business.
I’ve been fortunate enough to create and own successful business. But more fortunate that it has afforded me the opportunity to donate millions of meals to people in need and assist in setting the operational framework for one of Australia’s largest NFP Child Protection Organisations. I believe that being a part of the team that created Able Digital Wellness will be my most important task to date. If we get this right, the positive impact it will have on so many lives will be something truly special.
Able is a labor of love for me. I’d almost remove the word labor from that sentence, but then it might sound strange…
To me, everything we stand for is deeply personal. The approach we’ve taken so far in setting up the platform and even these guys next to me are important to me personally and I hope that’s reflected in what you see.
My work experience to date has been all about communicating with people on different levels, from magazine design, clothing ranges through to content creation and brand development. I’d say that communicating with others is kind of always about helping others – helping them understand what’s happening, what message you’re trying to get out there, why this colour or that and so much more. So, I suppose I’m here to help. It’s embedded in me somewhere, and I think I can say the very same for the entire Able Digital Wellness team.
