Yogurt is super high protein and is the perfect way to start your day as part of a breakfast made with the building blocks of a healthy diet.

Ingredients
- 200 g yoghurt, natural high protein (Chobani, YoPro) soy for vegan option
- 1/2 cup oats, rolled
- 10g almonds, flaked (1/2 tbsp)
- 10g pumpkin seeds (1/2 tbsp)
- 10g coconut, shredded (1/2 tbsp)
- 8g honey (2 tsp) optional for vegans
- 1/2 punnet strawberries, fresh
Method
- Place half the yoghurt into a large, tall glass and top with half the oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, fruit and honey.
- Add the rest of the yoghurt for a second layer and top with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
