INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup 100%
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- OPTION: Cocoa Powder
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl
- Whisk until smooth and cover with glad wrap
- Place in fridge overnight & serve
TIP: If you have cocoa powder, add a sprinkle to the top of your pudding before eating
