This salad dressing has a focus on Extra Virgin Olive Oil as the base. It contains a heap of herbs and Dijon mustard that will provide this dressing with a tangy taste that will compliment most salads and you get to enjoy the health benefits from the olive oil that is used, enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vinegar white wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 tbsp parsley dried
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper pinch
Method
- Mix garlic, spices, salt, and pepper with vinegar using a blender, food processor or a good, long whisk.
- Whisk olive oil in to the vinegar mixture.
- Whisk in Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese.
You can place this in a container to refrigerate and use it later, and pour a tablespoon of it over a freshly made salad.
