Pizza but not as you know it! These handy and nutritious snacks can come with you anywhere, keep well in the fridge and will keep you going when you need it.
- PREP TIME: 15 mins
- TOTAL TIME: 20 mins
- SERVINGS: 1 serving (multiply recipe for more)
Ingredients
- 1x 20cm wholegrain flour tortilla
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 12 leaves baby spinach
- 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella
Method
- Place tortilla on a plate and spread pizza sauce over it. Top with an even layer of spinach and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Microwave on High until the cheese is just melted, about 45 seconds. Carefully roll the tortilla up.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into pieces roughly 4cm wide and enjoy!
